I created a pretty simple stock profile report that takes ~1:20 to run on my computer. I had a few people (viewers) test it and it takes them over 10 minutes (not sure the exact time as they cancelled before it finished). How can there be such a huge difference in performance? Maybe I'm missing something to "publish" the report but this is what I did:
1) A1 in options page = Auto+Hide+HideSheet
2) A1 in report page = Auto+Hide+Values
3) Ran the report on my end and saved it in report mode to the final destination folder
Am I missing something? Attached the report for reference

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hi,
There is no different in performance between designers and viewers in terms of what Jet would be doing to run the report. The difference you're seeing may stem from the fact that your viewers have a different build of Jet installed or possibly because they are running the report from Report Mode instead of from Design mode (you could test this fairly easily by running it from Report mode yourself and seeing if there is a difference between that and running it from design mode). If you have trouble identifying the problem, I would encourage you to create a ticket with Jet Reports Support and someone can look at the issue with you more closely.

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hi,
Have you checked the PC specs of their machines vs yours.
I have I7 laptop that runs reports rather fast when plugged in but when on battery, noticed 4 times slower.
Also, do they have enough free RAM else memory will page to disk which is also rather slow.
Are you all running on the same network speed/network type ie cable vs wireless to your server - simple ping server ip address -t for a few seconds from each machine and you can compare to yours.
These are my only suggestions from a hardware point of view that might help
Regards
Tom
