I have recently upgraded a client from JDM 4.5 to 12.9, and the Project Repository now fails to allow users to open prior saved versions of the project. An examination of the project repository database Project table demonstrates that prior versions projects are being saved. However, when I attempt to actually open any version of a project besides the latest version (by clicking on the "…" button) nothing happens and the project list does not appear, so I am unable to revert to earlier saved versions. In order to test the hypothesis that an error occurred during the repository upgrade process, I created a new project repository and imported the project xml file into it. However, after making changes, I was still unable to access prior versions of the project.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, are there any solutions available to this problem?

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hi Kevino,
Sorry for the late reply, I missed seeing this post entirely.
The problem you've described is a curious one, because upgrading the Project Repository shouldn't break the ability to rollback to previously-deployed versions of the project. As such, I would highly recommend opening an official support ticket (http://support.jetreports.com/) and basically copy/paste what you've already written into the ticket.
One thing that we're wondering is if it's possible to get a copy of the Project Repository database. We can provide a secure FTP site for the purpose of transferring it, and it would be used for investigating the issue, and making sure it doesn't happen again. We can discuss this further from the support site if you'd like.
