First Scheduled report

Hi,

im new to Jet essentials so apologise for basic question.

I have tried to set up my first scheduled report but when I run the report (manual or by timer) the last run time will update for a couple of seconds then revert back to 'never run'

I tried switching log files on but still nothing,

  Hi,
  did you schedule it for "once", or did you chose f.e. "daily"…?
  I think, if you schedule it "once", it will do as you described.
  Try with planning "daily" or something like that..

  so the report doesn't START anytime, just stops after a few seconds without a result?
  
  Have you tried out to generate a log-file? in the Scheduler-menue there is a "Output"-Menue, where you can say "yes" for an log-file and setup the path for log-file.
  Try this and open log-file, maybe there is a hint for the problem…
