Hi,
we are running Excel 2007 and Jet-Report 12.0.12187.0 (32-bit).
Every time the user wants to change the symbols shown in the menu bar and chooses "all commands" or "Jet commands" above the list of commands Excel shows the error message (see screenshot).
After the user clicked on "OK" about 100 times Excel works again but there are no descriptions for the Jet-Symbols in our language (german) any more:
Does anyone know this error and what can be done to resolve the problem?

please check which other Excel-Add-Ins are activated.
At least the first two optopn should be activated (Analyse-Funktion und Analyse-Funktion -VBA-).
Maybe that helps—
(Hi,check mal die Excel-Add-Ins bei den Excel-Optionen. Es sollten auch die beiden ersten Optionen angehakt sein. Vielleicht liegt es daran….)

Jet Reports Historic Posts done. But unfortunately it didn't help. I suppose the problem is that the system doesn't find the descriptions in german language in the path it searches for it. But where is this path?

ich habe das gerade mal bei mir probiert (Excel 2010 und Jet14***).
Da fehlen auch die Bezeichnungen der ersten Befehle wie bei dir, aber eine verknüpfen zum Schnellstart funktioniert ohne Fehler….
wäre ein Update auf eine neuer Jet-Version möglich? -

ich meine, das es im download-Center oder bei den Installation-files eine Aufstellung gibt, bez. Kombination Jet-,Excel- und NAV-Versionen gibt.
