Jet Reports Historic Posts Thank you very much, it works perfectly fine.
please help me one more last thing for this file , if i need to pull the account name also besides account number, what formula i need to use ? tried NF referencing account number to get name , did not work. if try with NL again next to account number column , it still did not work.
Your help is highly appreciated

Jet Reports Historic Posts I would use NL("First","G/L Account","Name","No.", [CELL REFERENCE TO ACCOUNT NUMBER])
That says, go to the G/L Account table and bring me the Name associated with a specific Account Number.
Make sure it is in the same line as the account number. -
