Stop Jet automatically updating in Excel

Anytime I open a Jet Report in Excel, it updates itself even when I tell it not to. Does anyone know of a way to stop this from happening?

  Have you added +Values to Cell A1 on each of your Jet Reports worksheets? If you do that, refresh the report, save it, close it and open it again… it should just open and wait for your until you hit 'refresh' again.
