Jet Reports Historic Posts Hello Askellham,
Thank you for your recent posting.
Once your table has been generated using the Table Builder tool, you will not be able to go back and utilize the builder to edit the =NL("Table") that is generated.
All that the Table Builder does is insert an Excel table into the current workbook using an interface allowing for easy table, field and filter selections.
To edit, you are able to utilize the JFx Function Wizard which gives you the breakdown of the function generated by the Table Builder.
Please see attached for references.
To understand how to use the JFx Function Wizard button, please see the below training video from the Jet Reports Knowledge Base.

Jet Reports Historic Posts If you build the report using the Table Builder, it is also recommended to save your table as a Template. This is the last step when using the Table Builder and it will ask if you want to save it.
It is just a small XML file but what this allows you to do is reopen that XML file in the Table Builder and make changes. As you make changes, save your template as a new file so you can always go back.
To open the XML file, most people miss the File button in the Table Builder. Drop it down, choose Open and pick the XML file.
If you forget to save your template, or choose not to, you can't take a report and import it into the Table Builder. -
