For a customer, there are many comment lines in their record.
I want to create a report that searches for all comments with a particular work, say "*SMART*" in it then show the Customer info and all of the comments.
Whats the best way to get all of the comments for a customer where any one of the comment lines has the work "Smart" in it. I would also like to run this for multiple customers.

See attached picture. But I want to be able to select comments for ALL Comment Lines where even part of any comment line has "Smart" in it, I want to show all comment lines for the customer.

I would create a grouping report. Start by listing the customers that have a comment that contains SMART. Then create a list of all the comments for that customer. -
