Hi
We've recently upgraded to Jet Professional 2017 R2 (reporting from NAV 2016) and are in the process of setting up the Jet Web Portal, but a couple of questions have arisen, which I'm hoping someone can advise on.
1) The user login into the portal - is the only option via Active Directory with Windows authentication or are there other options?
2) Initially we want to set it up hosting it on a local sql server, but a later point move it to cloud based. Is this just a case of editing the Jet service settings in the Jet Administration Console or is it more involved?
Thanks for your help.
Regards
Nigel

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hi Nigel -
1 - Active Directory is current required by the Jet Web Portal.
2 - It is possible to use the Jet Service Tier in a non-local server environment where Active Directory is present. For additional details, you would want to contact Jet's technical support team.
