Hi,
When I tried to click the "Refresh" button, the record does not refresh, it still as last week's records, the record/data does not refresh with today's.
I have checked the Data Connection, it return with message "The provided NAV credentials are not valid for this data source". But so far no one has changed anything to the setting. Any ideas how to solve this?

Jet Reports Historic Posts The error would tend to indicate that something has changed in regard to either the default company specified in the data source settings or your permissions to that company within NAV.
If, as you stated, nothing has been changed in the settings, and you are able to access that company within the NAV client, I would suggest contacting Jet Report Technical Support (https://support.jetreports.com) so that they can assist you in troubleshooting the issue.
