I have some records like this:
Item No. Name Qty Location
1234 Brush 1 G1
1234 Brush 1 G3
1234 Brush 1 G9
1267 Roller 1 F6
1267 Roller 1 F9
I want my report to show
1234 Brush 3 G1 G3 G9
1267 Roller 2 F6 F9
Does anyone have an idea how to achieve this? Obviously I can get the Item No, Name and Qty but I'm stumped trying to concatenate the locations for those records.
Thanks in advance!

Jet Reports Historic Posts Official comment I would do something like:
=NP("Join",NL("Filter","TableName","Location","Item No.",ItemNoCellReference)," ")
That should join together all the locations where that particular item is found. Add more filters to the filter to narrow down your records as you normally would.
Disclaimer - written from memory. If that doesn't work for some reason get back to me and I'll test it with my data. -
Jet Reports Historic Posts Look up NP("Join")

Jet Reports Historic Posts Is there a chance you could give me an example based on the test data I gave?
Thanks for your help! -
Jet Reports Historic Posts I have only just this morning returned to this as I was moved to other projects. I have tried your formula and it works!
Thank you so much for the advice :-) :D :D
