Hi All,
The subject may seem strange so i'll elaborate before the question:
I have installed jet essentials on 20 user pcs with Navision access and therefore licenses. We have one designer license and therefore are restricted with building any reports at all.
I installed Jet Express on a user pc and noticed they can build limited reports, this limited function is perfect for what we need to do.
The question now is how can I uninstall the essentials, and remove the license, thus reinstalling Jet Express and give users access to use the limited functions?
I have uninstalled essentials and installed Jet Express on a few pcs however it is still saying that they have an activated version therefore its locked down.
I have searched for Registry entries with no success.
Really appreciate any help any of you guys could provide me with?
Thanks
Lee

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hello Nashco,
Here are the steps you would need to take.
1) Uninstall Jet Essentials.
2) On the user's profile open Windows explorer, type %appdata% in the address bar and press enter.
This will bring you to 'C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\'.
3) Rename the "Jet Reports" folder to "Jet Reports OLD" or delete it.
4) Install Jet Express.
5) Configure your data source.
Best regards,
