We have created a sales report using Jet for Nav and we are having difficulty with one particular field. We have a field on our sales orders called "Direct sales" and the options for this field is various sales peoples names. The report we are creating is sales orders where the direct sales field shows either one particular sales persons name or the field is blank and we are struggling
We can get it to bring through orders where it's got the persons name in that field but we can't get it to pull through the ones where it's blank (within the same report) can anyone help?
Can anyone advise what filtering characters we need to use to make it pull through results for TLACEY or BLANK
