I've built the following batch file to be used by Jet AutoPilot. The batch has been designed that I enter a new Month and Year and then it will propagate the report for the respective month & year.
I built the report based on Year = 2016 and Month = 9 and the scheduler works perfectly.
Next I opened the attached file, and update the values to Year = 2016 and Month = 10 and it runs the data for 2016, 9.
Can you tell me how to get Jet to run with updated values in the Batch range?

In addition to the last response from HPDeskJet, please verify if both the Batch file and the input report file (Management Report Template.xlsx) are saved in Design mode or report mode?
A copy of the Management Report Template.xlsx would also be helpful if you can post that also for further review.
