Jet Scheduler - "Unable to add the mail recipient" Error.

My company is running Jet Reports professional. I have several reports that run nightly which have been working for the past 6-7 months. They all stopped working on the 12/22. I have tried numerous times to reset or tweak the variables. I read the log as breaking at the point it is trying to interface with Outlook. 

 

I have had reports of similar issues from some of my users  who were running their own scheduled Jet reports.

 

Has anyone else encountered this? 

Is this happening because of recent Outlook updates? Or maybe the version of Jet we are running?
