Hello,
Did anyone encountered this error message when installing JetExpress - "Error reading setup initialization file"?
I tried installing with "Run as administrator" on Windows 7 Professional (NAV 2009 R2 & Excel 2007).

This error is usually the result of an unsuccessful download. Sometimes an setup package will appear to have downloaded successfully (since no error messages were displayed stating otherwise) but that does not guarantee that the entire file was downloaded successfully.
When you run the setup file, it has enough information to start running, but it will not be able to read the setup inititializaton file and will display the error message you mentioned.
Please try downloading the Jet Express setup file again () to see if you get better results.

Jet Express can be downloaded from the Jet Express Resource Center –> http://jetexpress.jetreports.com/
Because Jet Express is a free product, there is no additional license required (beyond the NAV license itself).
