Hi I have just installed Jet Express, but when I click on the Data source settings, nothing happens so I am unable to complete any of the fields. What am I doing wrong please

Does Excel act normal as if you never tried to open the dialog box, or do you get the 'ding' when you mouse over the ribbon icons?
If Excel acts normal, try 'Repairing' Office and .Net from the Windows Control Panel.
If you get the alerts, the dialog box is open somewhere, perhaps off screen.
After hitting the Data Source Settings button, press Alt+Spacebar let go and press 'M'. Now move your mouse, does the window appear?
In rare cases it is a conflict between .Net and the graphics card. If you have the ability to try a new driver, or card, I would try that.
