Hi,

Is it possible to add another filter to this report??
What I would like to do with this report is issue it to individual salespeople but with just their information showing (So that they don't have access to other salespersons data)

Please could you advise

  Sure, take a look at the attached report.
  If you do not want the Salesperson Code selectable then remove the Lookup for it in column E and the Option keyword in column A.

  Hello Darren,
  
  While in Design Mode, if you remove the Lookup keyword from E1 and the NL(Lookup) formula from E8 then the report should work fine with Jet Express.
  
  If you remove those items, refresh the report and add a salesperson code to the option windows that appears, does the report work as intended?
  If it does not, please send a screenshot of the issue that you are experiencing.

  Hi,
  
  The spreadsheet is not updating
  Please find attached spreadsheet when I have removed E1 & E8
  In Cell D12, it is saying that Salesperson code is an invalid field

  Change C12 to Salesperson rather than Salesperson Code.
  Salesperson Code is the field caption, Salesperson is the field name.
