Can you prevent data refresh on worksheet opening?

I am pulling in TBS from 20 companies using the GL function and it takes 20 min to update, is there any way to prevent the file auto updating when i open?

Hello niallc,

If you switch the report into Design Mode and add Auto+Hide+Values to cell A1 of any sheet, refresh the report and save it in Report Mode then the workbook shouldn't automatically recalculate when you open it.
Make sure that you allow the workbook to fully refresh without cancelling it.
