Hi,

Is it possible to pull a vendor or customer balance by date filter using the specific vendor number?

  This is possible using filters in the table builder. I attached a report that I created showing this.

  thank you jason, is it possible to do this for different companies within the database though?
  
  that report is great but will only return values for my default DB

  Yes, in the Table function, you can use a filter called "Company=" and then specify the company you wan to pull from. Mine looks different because I have Essentials but you can still use the jFX to add that Company= filter.

  This seems to work for me with Vendor.
  
  However, when I swap all references from "Vendor" to "Customer" I get nil values (no rows displayed).
  
  Any ideas? Many thanks.

  Ok, so I now have data. I had added a Dimnension Filter that was causing an issue.
  
  I now need to workout how I can filter by a dimension, probably via the Customer Entries Table. Any suggestions welcome.
