Hi comunity,
I need to install jet express in our terminal server scenario with Office 365, but at the moment it seems impossible to do it.
If I try to install the jet express plugin on the TS machines, I obtain the following error message
“An error has occurred during the installation process, no modifications has been made to the system”
The only thing I can do is to close the installation process.
Can someone give me any suggestion to install the software?
Thanks in advance for as soon as possible answwer.

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hello ROBATECHIT,
When installing Jet Express there are two prerequisites that are checked for and installed if they are missing on the computer.
It may be that the installation of one of these is failing.
Please check the Windows Control Panel > Programs and Features menu for the following two prerequisites to see if they are installed (see attached).
If either of these is not installed then I would advise installing them manually first and then testing the installation again.
SQL Server Native Client 2012
Please browse to the link below to download it.

Click on "Install Instructions" and then scroll down to Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Native Client under "MICROSOFT SQL SERVER CONNECTIVITY FEATURE PACK COMPONENTS".
Download and install the bitness version which matches the bitness installation of Windows (x86/x64).
I have attached a screenshot of what this looks like.
ADOMD.NET
Please browse to the link below to download it.

Click on "Install Instructions" and then scroll down to "Microsoft ADOMD.NET"
Download and install the bitness version which matches the bitness installation of Windows (x86/x64).

Once the installations are completed test the installation of Jet Express again.
If the installation still does not complete successfully then restart the computer and test the installation again.
Best Regards,
