I currently run 6 reports every morning using the Scheduler. Once in awhile (30 days?), the network prompts every user to change their password. Having updated the password, I go to my list of scheduled reports, and right click, then select Edit.
I update the password in one, and move on to the next. 5 of the 6 this works just fine with, but on one, excel encounters some fatal error and has to close. Has anybody got a clue what could cause this?

I've seen this behaviour before where Jet Reports was not properly "locking" the scheduled tasks. This was corrected in v7 (not sure what build), but should be resolved in 7.1.2.1820. I've also seen then where the registry is corrupt. Deleting all of the scheduled tasks and resetting them up resolves the issue if the registery is corrupt. I would try the latest version of Jet Reports first.
