in Navision I give limited access to users for concret companys, allowing/denying access to all Menusuite objects (filtered by company) with a Role. In Navision it works fine, but it doesn´t work with jet reports: users have access to all companies.
Is there an object in Navision which I can use to give/deny access for jet users for some companies? or any suggestion how to configure company access security?

Jet Reports Historic Posts Jet Reports only requires that a user has access to the companny table within Navision - not access to the individual company data.

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hi The Kloser,
A quick question:
So let's say i have assigned read permission for the company table in the ALL role and of course giving only access to certain companies, will the user still able to access to all the company data?
For example:
Company table has X, Y and Z
User A has access rights to company X with role: ALL
Can user A access X, Y and Z data in Jet? -
Jet Reports Historic Posts C/Front requires that we have unrestricted read access to the company table. Putting company filters on the company table will not work. You can however, put company filters on all other tables.

Jet Reports Historic Posts shermang,Thanks for the reply.
i don't understand this part: "Putting company filters on the company table will not work. You can however, put company filters on all other tables."
so does it means that if user has no access right to company Y, he/she can still access other tables data in Company Y by using the "company=" filter with the 'ALL' Role.
