I have a machine where the drop down menu in Excel for Jet Reports is blank with no selections. The only thing that shows up is a small blank box. Has any seen this and if so were you able to fix it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version but still have the same results. The machine is Windows XP Pro SP 3.

Jet Reports Historic Posts Try to deactivate / activate the Jet Reports in the add in list. In Excel 2007 this may be found in the Excel Options button, in Excel 2003 it was …. let me think … in the Tools menu I believe.

Extra -> Add-ins
Excel 2007:
Office Button -> Excel Options -> Add-ins -> Manage Excel Add-ins -> Go
If you have to re-add the add-in: .xla is for 2003, .xlam is for 2007
