I am using the Email batch scheduler to generate emails that contain a hyperlink in the body of the email. My formula creates the hyperlink in excel but when I run the scheduler it sends the email with the tracking number in just plain text.
any suggestions? here is the formula I am using
=HYPERLINK("http://wwwapps.ups.com/etracking/tracking.cgi?TypeOfInquiryNumber=T&InquiryNumber1="& $C5, $C5)

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hi,
The Jet Scheduler does not preserve any sort of formatting when it creates the body of the e-mail, including hyperlinks. You could add this as a feature request on the Suggestions and Feature Requests thread of this community site. In the meantime, I would suggest you make the address itself the text of the hyperlink so that at least a user could paste the address into a browser to go there.

Jet Reports Historic Posts How do you deactivate auto hyperlink creation in Office 2007? I'm re-asking this question because I never got the answer I needed the first time around. I know how to remove a hyperlink by right-clicking on it. But how do I make it so the hyperlinks don't auto-create in the first place? I know on previous versions of Office you could do it from the tools menu but I can't find that option in the 2007 version. Thanks.
