Have any of you run into trouble using ranges? Periodically when using a range with the GL Balance function using an Analysis View, some of the values within the range are excluded. For instance, I am selecting for the account number range 5900..5999. I have values for account 5900, yet the resulting value in the report is zero. If I change the range to 5899..5999, then my values for 5900 are included. Has anyone run into this before?

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hi!
Is account 5900 a totaling account in NAV? If so, then possibly it's totaling the values in previous accounts and the value you are looking at happens to be totaled from account 5899. Totaling accounts would be automatically excluded in the GL function, so the behavior you describe makes sense.

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hmmm, without seeing your data, I'm not sure if there's much else I can do for you. I would recommend creating a support ticket with Jet Reports support (http://support.jetreports.com). They should be able to help you out.
