Jet Reports Historic Posts Hi,
Jet Essentials does not utilize SQL Server Analysis Services or SQL Server Reporting Services. Jet Essentials does not directly access the SQL Server; it only accesses it through NAV so you only need whatever is required by NAV itself. If you are using Jet Enterprise, it requires SQL Server Analysis Services to create cubes. Does this help?

Jet Reports Historic Posts ok thanks a lot
by the way, what is jet enterprise?
is it separately with jet report?
thanks -
Jet Reports Historic Posts Yes Jet Enterprise is separate from Jet Essentials (formerly Jet Reports). Jet Enterprise is about Business Intelligence through building data warehouses and cubes. Jet Reports Essentials can be used to connect to the data warehouses created by Jet Enterprise, although you could use other tools with Jet Enterprise as well. You can get more information about it on the Jet Enterprise web page here: http://jetenterprise.jetreports.com/
