Emailing and scheduling a dynamic batch report

Hello

I am failing to successfuly run, schedule and email a dynamic batch report, based on your tutorial here: http://www.jetreports.com/video/jet-reports-tutorial-dynamic-batch-scheduling.php Can you assist me with where I'm going wrong?

I've attached my batch report and orders report. The report I'm trying to send out lists current purchase order headers & lines, showing the days and quantities that are outstanding. This is to be run overnight and emailed out to the end users of the goods, with the users only getting a list of their own orders.

BTW we run Jet 7.1.2 and Navision 4.0 sp1. To the extent it matters I could run this report in Excel 2003 or, on a Citrix remote desktop, in 2010. IT have asked me to try run this first locally (in 2003 therefore) before they'll set it up on a server (using 2010). We also run Exchange 2010.

I think I have the purchase order report set up as per the video, with the batch report entering the values into the report's named option fields. On my local machine I have permissions to use the Windows Task Scheduler. I've run it with Outlook closed and open. I don't believe I have to set up the SMTP server, given we use Exchange: our IT have SMTP Relay disabled as a rule and that is what Jet would need to run on if it were necessary to set up SMTP, correct? In any case I cannot find where to enter the SMTP details in Jet: there is no Application Settings in Jet 7, it seems.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance for any help.
