Help with Error Message

I received this error when refreshing a Jet report in report mode after adding a new account in Microsoft GP. The new account appeared, but the account balance had the #Values error then this window popped up with the error message.

Has anyone seen this error before, what does it mean and how dow I get the report to update without getting an error?

  I'm pretty sure you're seeing this because Jet caches the GP account list for GL functions. So if you had Jet open already and it loaded the list of accounts and then you added a new account in GP and tried to refresh the report you might get an error like this. Just close and reopen Excel so that Jet reloads the list of GP accounts I think you should be okay.
  
  If this doesn't work, you really should create a ticket on the Jet Reports support site for exceptions like this. I would really encourage you any time you get an exception message to report it via our support site, NOT the community site. The community site is more about using Jet Reports, not about potential issues with the software.
