Runtime Error 380

Hello to everyone!

I have a problem with our JetReports. I installed it on a new PC because the old HDD is broken. I tested all functions with my account and all was working fine. Now the user who is working with JetReports wants to schedule a task but she get a Runtime Error 380 when she clicks to Schedule. When I do the same thing with my account on the same maschine it is working. I gave her for test reasons admin rights but also the same error.

Do someone know where the problem can be located?

We use Excel 2003.
