Hello to everyone!
I have a problem with our JetReports. I installed it on a new PC because the old HDD is broken. I tested all functions with my account and all was working fine. Now the user who is working with JetReports wants to schedule a task but she get a Runtime Error 380 when she clicks to Schedule. When I do the same thing with my account on the same maschine it is working. I gave her for test reasons admin rights but also the same error.
Do someone know where the problem can be located?
We use Excel 2003.

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hi BR,
This sounds like a very old version of Jet Reports since I believe Runtime Error 380 was related to Visual Basic 6, the programming environment for Jet v7 and earlier. I'm not sure exactly what caused a runtime error 380, but it may be related to the permissions on the Visual Basic runtime. Can you upgrade to a more recent version of the Jet Reports software? More recent versions of Jet no longer use VB6, so this error should no longer be an issue.

Hughes
