jet setup setup with Cisco VPN

Hi
Where can i find documentaion to setup laptop/jetreports
for running jetreports with an Cisco VPN connection?

Now I have jetreoprts installed on laptop, but using the vpn connection i cannot run it

I'm not an ICT expert, feel I'm missing something in setup?

  Jet Reports should work as long as you are VPNed into your network and Jet can see your database server. What errors are you getting in Jet?
