Many of my users are experiencing a long delay, up to a few minutes, when selecting the Company menu for a Dynamics NAV datasource. I've been unable to reproduce it on my machine. Has anyone else seen, and hopefully solved, anything like this?

Excel Version 14.0.4760.1000 (32-bit) MS Office Pro Plus 2010
Jet Version 2011 - 11.1.12053.0

I'm not sure I've seen something like that happen specifically when selecting companies. Obviously you list your version of Excel as 32-bit, but are your users possibly using 64-bit Excel? Also, when you say selecting companies, do you mean in the data source settings, on the ribbon, or somewhere else?

All users are using the 32-bit version of Excel. The Company, Portland in this case, is in the Data Source setting and available on the ribbon.

Jet Reports Historic Posts Most complaints are coming when users change the Company via the ribbon, but pulling up the Data Source takes a while too.
