Remove or delete rather than hide??

Hello,

I am looking to use a 'Delete' reference rather than 'Hide' in column B under the Hide+? reference in cell B1.

Ultimately rather than the traditional show or hide options is there a way to show and remove/delete??

Please let me know.

  Not if you refresh your report manually, but if you add it to the Jet Scheduler you can. One of the options on the Output tab is to remove hidden rows/columns from the worksheet.

  Yes I'm afraid we do refresh this report manually.
  
  Is there anyway if connecting a pivot table to the data in a report that you can ask the pivot table to ignore hidden rows/data in the same way subtotal allows you to??

  Have you tried the scheduler option? Did that give you the result you were looking for?
