Our client is currently upgrading from NAV.4 to NAV 2009R2 and using Jet Report Express. Is there a problem to use the Jet Report Express at one's PC with two Installed NAV.4 and NAV 2009 R2.
because Jet Report express can be used if without NAV.4 (NAV.4 must be Uninstalled first). Please need explanation

Jet Express cannot be used to connect to NAV version 4. However, it should not be a problem if both NAV 4 and 2009 R2 are installed on the same computer. You can only connect Jet Express to NAV 2009 R2, not to NAV 4, but NAV 4 on the computer should not make a difference for Jet Express. When you create your Jet Express data source, just be sure that the NAV client folder is NAV 2009 R2 and not NAV 4.
