Hi
This might be one for the support guys but thought I'd see if anyone here has experienced the same problem - two Jet reports have been created by a user in version 12.0.12137.1 and these work perfect for this user. Another designer user tries to open them (on a different PC) and on opening they look fine but when they are refreshed they don't display properly - duplicate rows, some incorrect data, formatting changes etc. I noticed the second user was on an earlier version of Jet which I though may be the answer so upgraded it to 12.0.187.0 but it still has the same issue. Both are using 32-bit Excel (2010), and 32-bit Jet on a 64-bit PC, all settings seem correct. Any ideas where this could be going wrong?
thanks in advance.

Jet Reports Historic Posts Does the user have Excel in Compatibility mode? Compatibility mode can cause all sorts of weird problems in Excel. If the file is a .xls file (instead of .xlsx) then they are definitely in compatibility mode. Even if it is a .xlsx file, they will be in compatibility mode if their default save format in Excel is set to .xls. I would make sure they are not in compatibility mode before proceeding to look at other things about the report, etc.

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hi
I've just been able to check this and the spreadsheet is indeed an xlsx file and Excel is not in compatibility mode. I'll continue to investigate it but if anybody has any further ideas about this they would be much appreciated :-)
thanks.
