I have a problem to count lines.
The lines should counted by "Leistungsdatum", "Startzeit" and "Endzeit".
"Leistungsdatum" can be same in two lines, in both lines "Startzeit" also can be the same.
To Count the Lines with "Leistungsdatum" I use:
D14 : =NL("Filter";"5002168 Abgeschl. Dienstleistungszeile";"Leistungsdatum";"Art";"Ressource";"Nr.";$H$5;"Arbeitstypencode";$G$3;"2 Verk. an Deb.-Nr.";$H14;"1 Belegart";$G$2;"Belegnr.";$J14;"Art";"<>Artikel")
E14 : =NL("Filter";"5002168 Abgeschl. Dienstleistungszeile";"Leistungsdatum";"Art";"Ressource";"Nr.";$H$5;"Arbeitstypencode";$G$3;"2 Verk. an Deb.-Nr.";$H14;"1 Belegart";$G$2;"Belegnr.";$J14)
F14 : =NL("Count";NP("Union";D14;E14))
I must find a way to check all propertys, also just like =NL("Filter";"5002168 Abgeschl. Dienstleistungszeile";{"Leistungsdatum"&"Startzeit"&"Endzeit"};"…
How can I do this with 3 fields?

I'm not positive exactly what you want. If you are trying to count the unique combinations of those 3 fields in the table, you can just use NL(CountUnique) like this:=NL("CountUnique";"5002168 Abgeschl. Dienstleistungszeile";{"Leistungsdatum","Startzeit","Endzeit"};"Art";"Ressource";"Nr.";$H$5;"Arbeitstypencode";$G$3;"2 Verk. an Deb.-Nr.";$H14;"1 Belegart";$G$2;"Belegnr.";$J14)
