Bill-to Customer Name from Customer

I am attempting to write a report by Customer, grouped by Bill-to Customer Name. In Table Builder, I cannot link to Customer from Customer as that is considered an ambiguous link. I need Item Ledger Entry data by Sell-to Customer Name grouped by Bill-to Customer Name. I can retrieve the Bill-to Customer No. from the Customer but then cannot figure out how to get the name for the Bill-to Customer. Any ideas?
