Hi,
I've got a problem with my excel 2010 after installing Jet Essentials 14.1.14133.0
Before installation I had my excel ribbon , after installtion the ribbon has dissapeared.
If i disable the Jet essentials addin (in excel) my excel ribbon shows up.
I hope you know a possible solution for this.

I have exactly the same problem.
I'm installing this on a 2008r2 Terminal server with office 2010 installed. The Ribbon disappears after enabling the add-in with non admin users.
It is Jet Essentials 14.1.1433 that was installed.
Are there any extra security settings that should be changed?
The users cannot access the C-drive of the TS.

If you haven't already, you may want to consider turning on logging in the Application settings, start up Excel and send the log along with the description of your problem to the Jet Support Team.
