Is your NL("Filter") meant to be in quotes - I wouldn't have done?
NL("som";"artikelpost";"Aantal";"Artikelnr.";$C11;"Boekingssoort";"verkoop";"Documentsoort";"Verkoopverzending";"Boekingsdatum";$H$7;"Bronnr.";NL("Filter";"custumor";"Nr.";"Klantenprijsgroep";"xx"))
If it is, all the quotes inside it need to be double (""), but that doesn't seem right to me.
NL("som";"artikelpost";"Aantal";"Artikelnr.";$C11;"Boekingssoort";"verkoop";"Documentsoort";"Verkoopverzending";"Boekingsdatum";$H$7;"Bronnr.";"NL(""Filter"";""custumor"";""Nr."";""Klantenprijsgroep"";""xx"")")

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hello Jan -
Is this the same function?=NL("sum","32 Item Ledger Entry","12 Quantity","2 Item No.",$C11,"4 Entry Type","Sales","79 Document Type","Sales Shipment","3 Posting Date",$H$7,"5 Source No.",NL("filter","18 Customer","1 No.","23 Customer Price Group","xx"))
What issue are you experiencing? If the function returns a #VALUE!, what details are displayed when you select the cell and click the DEBUG button on the Jet ribbon?
