Hello all,
I am currently licensed as a viewer for Jet Essentials 2013 Upd 1. Is there a way to be licensed as a designer?
What needs to be done to accomplish that?

You will need to reach out to the Jet licensing department or NAV partner. This will be different depending on your country.
For example, for US customers, you can contact the US Sales department at orders.us@jetreports.com and request the license update.

Since you are currently a Viewer, depending on the number of Designer licenses that you organization may have purchased, you could be changed to a Designer if any 'seat' on the license is still open.
In order to be made a designer, each region has their own regional license department that handles their licensing requests.
For example:
If you are in the US, you would send your inquiries via email to orders.us@jetreports.com
If you are in Canada, you would send your request to orders.ca@jetreports.com.
Of if you are in the UK, then orders.uk@jetreports.com
Additionally, if your organization typically works through a Jet Partner, then you can send your request to them directly and they will process it accordingly or forward it on to be processed.
If all else fails, you are welcome to send your request to support@jetreports.com and the Support team would send this over to the appropriate regional license department.
