I have a developer Jet Report that on a monthly basis calculates how many pieces of some specifiike product that has been produced. I have a kollone for January, one for February and so on.
Is it possible to indicate that the months where I have downloaded data is not been retrieved again ??

Unfortunately, you cannot pick and choose which parts of a report to run when you hit Refresh.
If you run it for each month, you could copy the data and put it a separate file. Each month run it for that specific month, copy the datato the separate file. -
