pivot table including values not in source data

I have a report that includes a built in pivot table. When I refresh the report the pivot updates. The issue here is that on the pivot table when you look at the list of funds as row labels there are values on the list that aren't included in the source data. I'm thinking that the list of funds when you filter on the row label is including some cache data that isn't being updated. It's just weird…

  If you manually refresh the pivot table, does the additional data remain?
