Disappearing formatting

Hello!

I have created a P&L statement in Jet Reports, with formatting on the section headers.

When I go from Design mode to Report mode, the report looks great. Jet reports expands a lot of "rows" statements into my G/L accounts. I added a column that is "Hide+?" and put in If statements that will add "Hide" to any row where the balance is 0, so immaterial accounts are hidden.

However, when I go back from Report mode to Design mode, my formatting is all messed up. Almost all rows are back to the "Normal" cell style, some cells are still formatted like my headings and totals, but the rows are wrong. So, for instance, the formatting I want on "Operating Expenses" is now 8 lines down on "Total Freight and Shipping expense", while the line that says "Operating Expenses" now has Normal format. I have attached 3 files, a before/during/after, to show the issue visually.

Does this sound familiar? How do I keep my formatting connected to the right relative rows?
