Hi Dan -

Here's an example to illustrate what I would do.

If I start with a report that returns records from my Sales Header table:


I would get all records (including some from the date that I have set up in cell B2):


If I now change my NL("Rows") function to filter on any date up to (but *not* including) my pre-set date:


Then I see only those records that have data *before* my specified date:

  Hello
  
  I am trying to do a sum calculation in the NL function.
  
  I am trying to sum the sales header amounts when certain criteria is met in the production order table.
  
  One of the criteria is where the due date on the production order is less than today. I have been unable to
  get this to work and I am looking for any ideas out there that can help me.
