Hi All,
I upgraded Jet Essentials to the latest Jet Professional 2017 for a client. I have been told their reports are broken and they want to go back to the old version. I have a backup of the configuration database from before the upgrade. Is it simply a matter of installing the older version over the new version and restoring the database? Is there anything I need to worry about regarding the Jet Service Tier?
