Hello,
I am a beginner jet user who has been given an advanced request to complete in a limited amount of time. I currently have a batch report for SGA files that get distributed per department into an output folder. However, my manager wants me to tweak the scheduler to do the following:
1) Populate each file into different folders that are located on SharePoint
2) Have an email send out to each person on the list that notifies the person their particular report is on SharePoint with a unique link that leads directly to their SharePoint report.
I have just begun to work with schedulers but have been given this very difficult task, so any advice, recommendations, and tips would be greatly appreciated.

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hello.
Sharepoint can be configured to accept scheduled report via email. More information on doing that can be found in this article –> http://kb.jetreports.com/article/AA-00667
When you set up the schedule, you can elect to *not* send an attachment. Since the body of the email for a scheduled task can be a Named Range within the scheduled report, it might be easiest to build your email body (with the path to the report) within the report itself and then extract that information –> http://kb.jetreports.com/article/AA-00549
Best,
