Error in Connection settings

Hi good day.

I try to make the connection settings for JetReports , when clicking on the Test Connection button sends me the following message: "The credentials provided NAV are not valid for this data source ."
I hope you can help me.

Hello Zarate,

What type of data source connection do you have configured?
Is your user account setup in NAV with SUPER permissions?

How to solve this issue?

Unable to connect to Jet Service Tier. The following error was reported: Access denied.
