What permssions does the scheduler need in NAV

good day,
The JRSCHEDULER has been setup in NaV with SUPER permission set.
This doesn't work for our auditors (nor for me).
is there a document about what this user requires?

  Sorry - I was speaking about permissions within NaV, not at the windows level.
  I think I've figured this out.
