Schedule status "Not Scheduled"

Hi

I have about 60 reports that are scheduled to email out each evening. They run fine 95% of the time but every now and again one or two people who receive these reports phone me and tell me that they got the report by email but it didn't have any information on it, or sometimes some phone and say they didn't get the report at all.
My knowledge on Jet is still quite limited so I am unsure why this is happening.
I have looked at the scheduler today and about 19 of them currently say in the status "Not scheduled" even though they are and they have been receiving them. The ones that say not scheduled also say "NEVER" in the last run time but have todays date in the "next run time" field. Now I have not recently touched or amended these particular reports so that is not the reason behind them saying never run.
Can someone advise about why they say not scheduled and if I need to do anything and also why every now and again the odd couple of reports don't run as expected (it's always for different people too - it's not the same person each time who doesn't get their report)
